People are the heart of Shine. If you believe in our vison to “love people, raise hope & bless the city,” then you might be a perfect fit for our team. We host one training each month that is one hour long at Shine. There, you’ll hear about many ways to join our mission as part of our team. We have needs for every skill set under the sun- but mostly, we just need teachable team players who get excited about loving people as they spread joy and raise hope!

Be warned, though. This team is passionate about one another and about seeing our city impacted. We ALWAYS have room for one more- but you might fall in love with the whole thing and wind up with a brand new purpose. Come with us. There’s nothing like it.
